In line with the yoga idea, performing it outside, without any enclosures or covered spaces, is how it was thought to be done. Because parks are typically calm spaces with plenty of nature all around, it is already extremely common to go for a stroll around any park and discover a group of people doing yoga. Some of the benefits of yoga are reflected in a better quality of sleep and the regulation of digestion and blood pressure, among others.

Pilates is another contemporary movement that has gained popularity. Pilates involves stretching, strengthening, and balancing the body while keeping controlled breathing. It also involves practically recognizing the limits of the body’s flexibility. Since there is more coolness outside, which helps the body relax when doing pilates, performing it outside is far more satisfying than doing it inside.

Both yoga and pilates are activities that can be practiced under the open sky: you only need a mat and your own breathing. That makes it one of the best outdoor sports available.
