Zinc

Zinc after iron is the second most abundant mineral in our body, and besides supporting the immune system, zinc is also very important for skin health. This mineral helps heal inflammatory conditions such as pimples and wounds. It also regulates sebum production and supports collagen synthesis, DNA repair, and new cell production.
