In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the UAE’s hospitality industry, Chef Sperxos was recently awarded the prestigious 10-year Golden Visa by the UAE government. His passion for Greek cuisine led to the founding of Ena in 2016, a groundbreaking restaurant in Dubai that brought over 200 authentic Greek ingredients from small villages across Greece to the city’s food scene. His ability to weave culture, tradition, and innovation into his creations has made him a sought-after culinary leader.
